My design is chunky, friendly, corporate, boring. Help?
February 21st, 2012 | Filed under: Design | Add a Comment »As I’m looking at my design, I’m realizing that it has a tendency to bounce around in the “chunky, friendly, corporate, boring” zone … but I’m not sure why. My work usually feels (to me) unfinished, nuance-less, and safe in a bad way.
Have you ever confronted this problem in design? If so, do you have any ideas how I could improve my work?
