This is a perfect storm of boring and inappropriate type, static layout, unappealing imagery, dull colors, and absent branding. With as vibrant a name as “Coastal Sunbelt,” there’s a whole world of great identity applications you could choose. But this isn’t it.
With a new palette, some updated photography, and a great logo/identity system, I bet you’d be surprised at the boost you’d see in sales. Do some research — see how look and feel can change the bottom line for a company. It’s worth investing in.
